Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items for:
- Exchange
- Store Credit
- Refund
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (where applicable)
Please note: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to start a return:
To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. If you experience any issues please contact us at hello@sweatscollective.com.
All return costs are to be covered by the customer. New shipments for an exchange of size/item will be paid for by us.
SWEATS reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by SWEATS.
Please use the link HERE to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Damaged/Faulty garments will be reviewed by the team once processed and if accepted, we will cover the return costs. Please email hello@sweatscollective.com
ALL SALES FINAL DURING BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD(unless the item is fauty)
